Over 10 years of experience in Investment Planning and Programme Management for optimised delivery of construction projects through proactive management of the capital programme:

   - managing projects of varying scope and magnitude
   - internal and external Stakeholder Management
   - regular programme review with designers and contractors
   - management of support contracts
   - monitoring capital programme for Schedule, Finance & Quality Outputs, Risk Identification
   and Mitigation Measures
   - development of Management Information Systems for improving target management in
   asset delivery
   - consultant support

Experience in Commercial/Operations Management:

   - managing resources, people/line, recruitment, development & performance
   - Programme & Project Management including business transformation (operational,
   environmental & capital)
   - Strategic Planning including policy,needs, objectives, stakeholders, benefits & delivery
   - Change & Business Improvement including process improvement, behaviours, impact &
   mentoring
- People Management including leadership, communication, relationship building, mentoring
   & consultancy

Experience in Operations Management as Project Directors:

   - dealing with operational management of water environment (wide range of flood risk
   management) projects across the UK and support to the water consultancy projects,
   including Asset Management Process benchmarking against PAS 55 and managing the
   Waste Strategy projects
   - flood risk management projects included strategic catchment studies, flood forecasting and
   warning, investigations of flooding incidents, asset condition assessments, feasibility studies
   of flood alleviation measures, detailed design and supervision of construction.

Experience in Projects Delivery, having successfully delivered projects of varying magnitude within AMP3 Construction Framework Alliance Partnerships as a Programme/Project Managers, including sewerage network improvements (UID Schemes incorporating design of sewers, CSO Chambers, Storm Water Storage Tanks, and Pumping Stations), upgrades to existing treatment works and new treatment works. Our Staff members have managed project teams involved with the ‘design and build’ of major schemes under AMP3 & AMP4.

Experience in Projects Delivery of projects (including major capital projects) in the UK and overseas since 1970s.

Experience in overall project management of Flood Risk Management and Water & Wastewater projects, from project initiation to completion of construction and commissioning

- Effective management to control projects within overall constraints such as schedule and
budget, while meeting performance standards.

Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA):

   - hands-on design
   - technical review of design & construction to meet design and construction standards
   - Value Engineering review
   - co-ordination of multidisciplinary input
   - Quality Assurance & Quality Control
   - team leadership
   - resource allocation.
